About Food Category

Anyone who knows me, knows that sooner or later there will be a food section somewhere on this site. I’m learning to cook and appreciate many Persian dishes. When I get better at it and I have more time, I’ll write some more. As an outsider who hasn’t been brought up with this cuisine (my palate is a tad more European), I rather like some of the dishes – not all, mind you! Some are unusual enough not to appeal, but there are plenty which do.

This category is about food I love, restaurant reviews, recipes, interesting food links and more. I have been cooking since my early 20s. Always willing to learn and experiment, my style is mostly European and Middle Eastern. No vegetarian or tofu for me thanks!
